I recommend refills every 2 to 4 weeks depending on personal maintenance. Don't wait to long to schedule your refills. You may be charged up to a full set if more than half of your eyelashes need extensions.

Booking with Lashes by Jermane, you are authorizing Jermane Borgers to apply eyelash extensions, and all future eyelash extensions services to yourself. You understand that because of the natural lash cycle and wear and tear, you will need to maintain your eyelash extensions with touch up appointments usually recommended every 2 to 4 weeks to keep them full. Eyes and Eyelashes MUST be clean and no signs of bacterial or viral infec tion. You understand to keep your eyes closed throughout the process as tearing can cause the lashes to bind together rather than one at a time. You hereby release any and all persons representing Lashes by Jermane and the business Lashes by Jermane from all claims demands, damages, actions and cause of action arising out the performance of the service. You understand that after the service is completed it is NON REFUNDABLE. If you have very sensitive skin,  please have a patch test done before time of appointment.  

Booking with Lashes by Jermane, you are authorizing Jermane Borgers to provide access to tanning beds.  You hereby release any and all persons representing Lashes by Jermane and the business Lashes by Jermane from all claims demands, damages, actions and cause of action arising from the performance of the service. You understand that after the service is completed it is NON REFUNDABLE. You MUST NOTIFY Lashes by Jermane of any changes needed on your profile paperwork when needed. 

All new clients need to fill out paperwork,  signed and initialed. Paperwork provided here at Lashes by Jermane before appointment.

All clients under 18 must schedule thru their parents.
